Below you'll find some bicycling related pics.  I love the sport of bicycle racing.  I love to watch it, I love to read about it, but mostly I love to do it. Back in 1997 I weighed 270+ pounds,  but with  a change of diet and the discovery of bicycling for fun and exercise, I managed to drop to 169 lbs. in less than a year.  But some of it comes back every winter... it's a constant struggle...  If you want to talk bikes, feel free to e-mail me.  msteckel@ix.netcom.com

List of bikes I have: Bianchi Trofeo  97 -   Campy mirage STI group with a Veloce crankset and a Shimano headset...  53 / 39 chainrings with a 12-23 8sp cogset.  Sometimes I ride an 11-21 cogset, but only if the roads are mostly flat.  Mavic Cosmic Equipe wheelset with Specialized Turbo Team tires, 700x23. Bianchi Volpe  98 - Shimano RSX group.  My comuter bike.  Gary Fisher Zebrano hybrid bike with Shimano groupset.  It's not a bad ride. Dream bike:  Colnago C-40 with a Campy Record group... or a Pinarello Paris, again with Campy setup... or a just about any Lightspeed... or a Fondries TopLite or a....    this wish list can't fit on the page so I'll stop.
